Rosie’s Cookie & Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a South Florida–based cottage bakery specializing in gourmet cookies. All products are baked to order in compliance with Florida Cottage Food laws.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are accepted through our website, social media, or direct communication as specified.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

• All prices are listed in USD and may be updated without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

 • We currently offer local delivery within Broward County with a minimum purchase requirement, and shipping via USPS/UPS within the United States.

• Shipping and delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

• Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at jodi@rosiescookieco.net, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

• Our cookies may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase. We are not liable for allergic reactions.
